Common Materials for Hang Tags

Art Paper

- Fine, white, smooth, glossy, with moderate oil absorption and great color printing results. Available in single and double-sided varieties, it is a commonly used material for hang tags and is cost-effective.

White Cardboard

- Solid, durable, and with good smoothness, it offers rich and vibrant printed colors.

Copper Plate Paper

Common Product Quality Issues

Color

- CMYK four-color printing may result in slight differences in color due to display light or other factors. Color differences in composite printing are controlled within 10%.

Size

- Due to the thickness of cutting machine blades, there can be a 1-2mm deviation during the cutting process. Composite tags may not align perfectly, with potential deviations in hole placement and positioning.

Loss

- There is inevitably some loss during production. To ensure an adequate quantity, extra tags are usually printed, with efforts made to control the loss within 5%.

Printing

- Uneven printing might occur due to ink issues in the printing process. If this affects normal use, customers can contact after-sales service for assistance.

Product Storage Methods

- Paper tags should avoid prolonged contact with air, as exposure to air or sunlight for extended periods may cause oxidation, yellowing, and affect overall aesthetics.

- Avoid contact with rainwater, as the cellulose in paper is highly hydrophilic and could result in “leaf-edge” or “tight-edge” issues.

- For color-printed tags, color bleeding or fading may occur.
