What is a Woven Label?
A woven label is a high-quality fabric label made by interweaving polyester threads, ideal for brand promotion and product information display. Compared to printed labels, woven labels are more durable and can withstand frequent washing without fading or wearing out.
Iron-On Woven Label Application Guide
1. Set the iron to medium cotton temperature (no steam) or use a heat press at 325°F
2. Place the label in the desired position on the garment
3. Press firmly for 15-20 seconds, then allow it to cool completely

Sewing Margin vs. Seam Allowance
- Sewing Margin: The safe space between the label design and its edge, recommended at a minimum of 1/8 inch
- Seam Allowance: The portion of the label sewn into the garment seam, recommended to be 1/4 inch at the top and bottom for center fold, loop fold, and mitre fold labels
Hem Labels for a Stronger Brand Identity
